  • Responsible for the daily operations of a technology startup, including HR, finance, technical, and sales & marketing activities. Responsible for reporting to Board, and implementing on Board level actions.
  • Identify future business direction and market opportunities. Lead technical development activities for all company products, as well as internal software tools, and website, and infrastructure.

IT Contractor Taylor Made Golf, London, UK 2015-2016

Worked as independent contractor to Taylor Made. Identified business requirements, and designed and built, from scratch, a web based ordering and procurement system for all custom golf equipment and apparel orders for Taylor Made EMEA.

Director of Advanced Technologies EyeTracking, Inc., San Diego, USA 2002-2003

Led product development and commercialization of company technology in medical, defense and commercial space. Developed customer focused demos of technology. Led team integration for Boeing Phantom Works and Lockheed Martin Advanced Technologies Laboratories DARPA projects.

IT Team Leader QinetiQ, London, UK 2000-2002

Led all IT development activities in the Human Sciences Division. Responsibilities included developing and maintaining advanced aircraft simulators, UAV projects, and security screening projects. Responsible for several multi-million dollar projects, and managing resourcing of the IT team in the division.

Scientist Defence Evaluation and Research Agency (UK Ministry of Defense) 1998-1999

Internship at the executive branch of the UK Ministry of Defence. Single handedly designed and built the first human in the loop system. Integrated eye tracking, EEG, and other physiological sensors into adaptive systems, to control a custom next generation fast jet simulator.
